Recipe
1 ½ oz Fassbind Eau de Vie Williams
2 /3 oz Lemon juice
1 /3 oz Sugar Syrup
2 /3 oz Egg white
2 bar spoons Cherry Juice Syrup
Vigorously shake with ice - Strain into a short tumbler with ice - Float cherry juice - Garnish with lemon
