SCARF
In 1937 Hermés introduced what will become the first luxury silk scarf. Made with imported Chinese silk and hand-painted with design based on woodblock drawing by Robert Dumas. Adorned by Queen Elizabeth, Audrey Hepburn or Grace Kelly. The light silky luxury, scarf - always classy, draping around the neck, woven in the hair or wrapped over the head. The classic hollywood style - headscarf, black glasses and perfect smile in a cadillac. Just like Marilyn Monroe or Susan Sarandon in Thelma and Louise.
‘When I wear a silk scarf I never feel so definitely like a woman, a beautiful woman.'
- Audrey Hepburn

This recipe uses the usual old trick for the leftover bread - egg wash and frying pan, which we used often on Sundays, when I was a kid. Fried to golden crispiness and filled with cheese is even better.
