I saw this book two years ago at Biennale of Graphic Design in Brno and I thought ‘that’s one of the most beautiful books I’ve seen’. This collection of drawings called Line Style, createdby Tentou Mishima (1948-2012) presents simple white pages covered with line strokes of a pen and ink. The line represents wind, light. A drop. Falling drops. Rain. His drawings capture movement in abstract and very essential way. Moreover, his drawings try to represent the lines themselves. A sublime universe of lines.
